14-Day Returns & Refunds Policy – MoViStudioCommerce ✨

We want you to love your purchase! Here’s how our returns and refund policy works for our Print-on-Demand products:

1. Defective or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product at movistudiocommerce@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue.
  • You will receive a full refund, and you do not need to return the product.
  • We will also submit a claim to Printful to cover the cost or send a replacement.

✅ This ensures you receive a perfect product while we handle production errors with Printful.

2. Change of Mind / Wrong Size

If you simply do not want the product or it doesn’t fit:

  • The product can be returned to our address (details provided after contact).
  • Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund.
  • Returned items that are not suitable for resale or redistribution will be donated to people in need or organizations supporting the disabled, giving back to the community while keeping your experience positive.

⚠️ Products with hygiene concerns (e.g., mugs, certain clothing) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 14 days of approval.
