At MoViStudioCo, we believe every product deserves more than a single moment of use. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, don’t throw it away send it back to us.

We give every returned item a second life through responsible resale, reuse, or donation to people in need. Together, we reduce waste and build a more conscious product cycle.

HOW IT WORKS

You can request a Second Life return, but the final destination of the product(resale, donation, or recycling) is determined by MoViStudioCo based on the item’s condition and our Responsible Use Policy.

PLEASE NOTE

While you may share a preference, we can’t guarantee a specific Second Life destination. Every returned product is evaluated individually, and its next step (resale, donation, or recycling) depends on its condition and our ethical guidelines. This keeps the process fair, responsible, and transparent for everyone.

Let us know you’d like to return a product for reuse or donation. Once the item arrives, we assess its condition and choose the most responsible Second Life path resale, donation, or recycling. You’re welcome to share a preference, but the final decision follows our ethical product guidelines to ensure fairness and responsible use.

Tell us you’d like to return a product for reuse or donation.

Resale (only if):

  • The product is in perfect condition
  • It shows no signs of use
  • It has no damage
  • The print is intact

Donation (only if):

  • The product has minor signs of use
  • It is in very good condition
  • It has no stains, odors, pilling, or tears
  • It is suitable for wearing or everyday use

Upcycling / Responsible Recycling (only if):

  • The product is damaged
  • It isn’t suitable for wearing or donation
  • It has permanent defects
SECOND LIFE POLICY — HOW IT WORKS
  1. Eligibility
    Items must be returned in clean and safe condition. Heavily damaged or unsanitary items may be rejected.
  2. Evaluation
    Each product is inspected by MoViStudioCo and assigned to one of three paths:
  • Resale (Outlet) — only for items in perfect condition
  • Donation — for items in very good condition
  • Recycling / Upcycling — for damaged items that cannot be reused
  1. No Consumer Direction
    You may share a preference, but the final decision is made by MoViStudioCo based on the item’s condition and responsible practice standards.
  2. Transparency
    We’ll notify you which path your item received. For privacy and operational reasons, we don’t provide individual tracking or recipient identities.
  3. Purpose
    Our goal is to minimize waste, extend product life cycles, and support communities in need.

Send your item back safely to our address at your own shipping cost.

Print-on-demand products are made individually for each order, which means returns outside the legal return window aren’t eligible for a refund.

However, every item you send back becomes part of our responsible Second Life cycle resale, donation, or recycling.

SECOND LIFE RETURN RULES — SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
  1. Shipping Costs
    All Second Life returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. We currently don’t provide prepaid return labels for Second Life items.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Print-on-demand products are made individually for each customer. Refunds are available only if:
  • The product is not personalized
  • It is unused
  • The return request is made within the legal 14-day withdrawal period
  1. Second Life Returns (After 14 Days)
    Returns made after the legal return period don’t include a financial refund. These items are accepted exclusively under our Second Life program and are redirected to:
  • Outlet resale
  • Donation
  • Responsible recycling

Depending on the item’s condition.

  1. Condition Requirements
    To meet safety and hygiene standards, products must be sent back:
  • Clean (washed or wiped as needed)
  • Free of odors, stains, or damage that makes handling unsafe
  • Securely packaged for transport

We also recommend taking photos of the item and packaging before shipping for your own protection.

  1. Evaluation
    All items undergo a condition check. MoViStudioCo determines the final Second Life destination (resale, donation, or recycling) based on the item’s condition and our ethical guidelines.
  2. No Guaranteed Destination
    You may share a preference, but the final decision remains with MoViStudioCo.
  3. Shipping Confirmation
    We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Before shipping, please take clear photos of:
  • The item’s condition (front/back/close-ups)
  • The package before sealing
  • The shipping receipt and tracking confirmation

This helps prevent disputes if the parcel arrives damaged or incomplete. MoViStudioCo can’t take responsibility for lost or untrackable returns.

SECOND LIFE CYCLE
  • Items in perfect condition are restocked or resold at a reduced price
  • Items that are still usable are donated to people or organizations in need
  • Items beyond repair are recycled responsibly

For items beyond repair, we follow a responsible upcycling approach. Materials are reused for studio work, prototyping, or packaging, or processed through local recycling channels. Even damaged pieces serve a purpose nothing is discarded without intention.

While we can’t provide individual tracking or recipient details, we share periodic updates about donation batches and recycling projects.

We don’t believe in disposable products. Every item that comes back to us becomes part of a circular, intentional cycle never wasted, always respected.
