Send us your artwork, choose your product, approve the preview we handle the rest.
HOW IT WORKS (INSTRUCTIONS)
1) Prepare your file
Best formats: PNG / JPG
Vector formats (recommended for logos/text): SVG / PDF
PSD: accepted only if exported/flattened (no missing fonts/layers)
Quality rules (very important):
- Recommended resolution: 300 DPI
- Prefer transparent background (PNG) when possible
- Avoid screenshots, blurry images, and tiny files (they print poorly)
2) Send your file to us
Choose one option:

Subject / message must include:
- Your full name
- Your email
- The product you want (hoodie / t-shirt / mug etc.)
- Size + color
- Where the design should go: front / back / sleeve (and approximate placement)
- If you already placed an order: your order number
3) Choose your product
Pick the product from our store, then send your design + details.
If you’re not sure what fits best, tell us:
- product type you want,
- your budget range,
- and we’ll recommend options.
4) Receive your preview
We send you a mock-up for approval before production.
Revisions: up to 2 small adjustments included (size/position).
Big redesigns or creating a new design from scratch may require an extra fee.
5) Production & shipping
After approval, your order goes into production and ships UE.
Typical production time: 2–7 business days (plus shipping time depending on country).
6) Important rules
- By sending your design, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it.
- We don’t print copyrighted characters/logos without proof of rights.
- If your file quality is too low, we may ask for a better version to avoid a bad print outcome.

How does the “Upload Your File” option work?
File uploads are used solely to produce a physical product.
We do not sell digital files, downloadable content, or standalone design services.
Minor technical adjustments required for printing (such as resolution checks, scaling, or placement) are included in the product price.
We do not offer paid design edits, graphic services, or custom artwork creation at this stage.
Requests for advanced editing, redesign, or creative changes cannot be accepted before production.
By submitting a file, you confirm that you own the rights to use the artwork commercially or have obtained proper permission.
File requirements (quick guide)
- PNG/JPG: best for photos & illustrations
- SVG/PDF: best for logos & text (sharp edges)
- Avoid: screenshots, low-resolution images, heavy compression
- If you’re unsure: send the file we’ll tell you what’s possible
What we can help with
- resizing, placement, background removal (simple)
- preparing your file for print (basic)
What we don’t do (without extra fee)
- complex graphic design from scratch
- recreating copyrighted logos/characters
- heavy retouching / advanced illustration edits
Approval & revisions
- You approve the mock-up before production
- 2 small revisions included
- After approval, changes may not be possible
Returns & custom items
- Custom-made items are generally non-returnable, except when the item arrives damaged/defective
- If you don’t want to keep the item, you can request a Second Life return (reuse/donation/recycling)
Copyright & responsibility
- Customer is responsible for submitted artwork rights
- MoViStudioCo may refuse designs that violate IP laws or platform rules
Privacy
- Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
- Files are used only to fulfill your order and are not shared
- We reserve the right to refuse files that are unsafe, hateful, illegal, or violate rights.
- Color note: “Colors may look slightly different on fabric due to printing and screen settings.”
