Shipping policy

1) Order Processing (Made-to-Order)

Most products are made on demand. Production typically takes 5–7 business days (may vary by product type and season). After production, the order is handed to the carrier for delivery.

2) Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times (after production):

  • Europe: 7–21 business days

  • United States & Canada: 10–30 business days

  • Rest of world: 14–35 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier workload, weather, or other events beyond our control.

3) Tracking

When available, tracking details are sent by email once the order ships. Some services may provide limited tracking updates depending on destination.

4) Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and package weight/size.

5) Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipment costs may apply.

7) Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@movistudio.com with:

  • order number

  • shipping address

  • photos (for damage cases)

  • carrier/tracking info if available

We will work with the fulfillment partner/carrier to investigate and resolve the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy
