Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Below is how returns and refunds work for our print-on-demand products.

1) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we’ll fix it.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at movistudiocommerce@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (item + packaging)

Resolution:
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases, you don’t need to return the faulty item.


2) Returns for “Change of Mind”

If you ordered the correct item but simply changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition (and, if applicable, in original packaging)

  • You contact us first to receive the return instructions and address

Return shipping: paid by the customer.
Refund: processed after we receive the return (or after you provide proof of shipment, where allowed by law).

Note: Items that cannot be resold may be responsibly donated or recycled as part of our “Second Life” mindset.


3) Items That Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized/custom items (made specifically for you, e.g., custom text/name)

  • Digital products/downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (where applicable)

If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, message us before ordering — we’ll answer clearly.


4) Refund Timing & Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Once your return is approved, we process the refund within 14 days

  • Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds

Shipping fees (if paid) are refunded only where required by law or if the return is due to our error/defect.


5) How to Start a Return

Email movistudiocommerce@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damaged/defective items)

We’ll reply with next steps and the return address if needed.


6) Your Statutory Rights (EU/EEA/UK)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. If you reside in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a legal right of withdrawal in certain cases, with exceptions (e.g., personalized goods).
