Welcome to MoViStudioCo (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of movistudioco.com and any related content, features, tools, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Account information must be accurate and up to date.
We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS (INCLUDING PRINT-ON-DEMAND AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS)
We strive to present product information accurately. Colors and appearance may vary due to screen settings and devices. We may update product descriptions and availability at any time.
Print-on-demand
Many items are made to order (print-on-demand). Production begins after your order is placed.
Digital products (if and when offered)
If we offer digital products (downloads) in the future, they are delivered electronically (e.g., via download link). Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may not be available once access is provided or the download has started, unless required by applicable law or the product is defective. Any permitted use is personal and non-commercial unless explicitly stated otherwise.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. The purchase contract is formed when we accept your order (typically by sending an order confirmation and/or processing payment).
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in reasonable cases, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product availability issues.
Returns, withdrawals, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price shown at checkout at the time of order confirmation applies to your order.
Taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, duties, and import charges may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout where possible. You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Risk of loss (EU/EEA/UK consumers): If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK and we arrange shipping, the risk of loss passes to you when you (or a person designated by you) take physical possession of the goods, unless you independently arranged the carrier not offered by us.

SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA/UK) AND RETURNS
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions (for example, customized/personalized goods).

All website content (including trademarks, text, images, videos, graphics, and designs) is owned by MoViStudioCo or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
SECTION 8 – USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, feedback, images, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display such content for store operations and marketing, unless prohibited by law. You confirm that you own or control the rights to what you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, SERVICES, AND LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations “as is” and “as available”. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for their performance, content, or availability.
Our Services may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., Amazon, Etsy). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Purchases made on third-party platforms are governed by their terms and policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law, including statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, MoViStudioCo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from your use of the Services.
SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoViStudioCo from any claim, demand, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW + EU ODR / CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle), unless required by law.
SECTION 16 – MISCELLANEOUS (SEVERABILITY, ENTIRE AGREEMENT, WAIVER, ASSIGNMENT, CHANGES, CONTACT)
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain valid.
Entire agreement & waiver: These Terms and the policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and MoViStudioCo regarding the Services. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a business reorganization, transfer, or sale, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services means acceptance.
